Journey logistics handled
Airport transfers, accommodation, appointment sequencing, companions and follow-up coordination are managed by us. Your team focuses on the clinical or service delivery.
Honest representation
We publish only what can be verified. We will not invent accreditations, ratings or outcomes on your behalf, and we will ask you for documentation before publishing any credential.

How partnership applications are handled
You send your details
Email us with your company name, licence details, specialities or services, location, and a contact person. Attach your licence and any accreditation documents.
We review and verify
We check licensing and, for healthcare providers, physician credentials. We may ask for additional documentation. We do not skip this step.
Commercial discussion
A call to agree scope, rates, capacity, response times and how enquiries will be passed between us. Put in writing on both sides.
Trial period
We start with a small number of cases to test communication and service quality before scaling volume.
Listing and referral
Once established, your profile may be published on our site with your written approval, and you enter the regular referral rotation.

The hospitals we coordinate with, and what accredits them
Alameda Healthcare Group states it is the only healthcare organisation in Egypt with JCI accreditation across all of its hospitals. Hayakkom coordinates access under a documented authorisation from the group. Treatment is delivered by these hospitals, not by Hayakkom.
Dar Al Fouad Hospital
The first hospital in Egypt to achieve JCI accreditation, in 2005, re-accredited for the sixth time in 2020. Its stroke unit was the first JCI-accredited stroke unit in Egypt. Partner of the Cleveland Clinic Foundation for more than 20 years.

JCI accredited in March 2022, built on the standards established at the 6th of October branch.
As-Salam International Hospital
Received its fourth JCI accreditation in September 2024.

Achieved JCI accreditation within two years of opening.
Andalusia Health
Part of Andalusia Group, founded in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in 1984 and operating in both countries. Egyptian facilities include El Shallalat Alexandria (1989), Maadi Cairo (2009), Smouha Alexandria (2012) and the Antoniadis clinics complex (2018).
Accreditation details are taken from each group’s own published material. Where a partner holds no international accreditation we say so rather than imply one. Hayakkom does not guarantee clinical outcomes.
