Privacy Policy
Information we collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide when contacting us or filling forms, including: name, contact details, travel requirements, and medical requirements necessary to provide our services.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to coordinate your services, provide support, and communicate about your bookings. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties without your consent.
Cookies and measurement
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising. These place cookies on your device. They are not activated until you accept via the banner shown on your first visit, and declining does not affect any part of the site you can use. We also use a small number of cookies necessary to operate the site — remembering your language choice and your consent decision — which cannot be switched off. You can clear cookies from your browser settings at any time.
Medical documents
When you send reports, scans or clinical photographs, they are used solely to put your case in front of an appropriate licensed healthcare provider for review. They are not published, not used in marketing, and not shared beyond the treating provider without your explicit consent. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Third-party services
Our enquiry forms and AI assistant are hosted by Jotform and are subject to their privacy policy alongside ours. We also use Google Analytics and Google Ads. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent for marketing or cookies at any time, by emailing support@hayakkom.com. We respond within a reasonable period.
Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the basis of your consent when you send an enquiry or medical documents; to perform the service you asked for; and to meet applicable legal requirements in Egypt. For health information we rely on your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Where your data is processed and cross-border transfers
Hayakkom is an Egyptian company and your data is processed in Egypt. It may also be processed outside your own country by the service providers we use: our forms and AI assistant are hosted by Jotform, the site is hosted on GitHub Pages, and we use Google Analytics and Google Ads. This means your data may be processed outside Saudi Arabia or outside Egypt. If you are resident in Saudi Arabia, transfers of personal data outside the Kingdom are governed by the Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations. [VERIFY WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — the applicable transfer mechanism has not been formally assessed]
Applicable law
We are committed to handling personal data in accordance with applicable requirements, including Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and, where it applies to residents of the Kingdom, the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law. We do not claim to hold any compliance certification or regulatory registration.
How long we keep your data
We keep client enquiries and correspondence for the duration of the coordination and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up. Your cookie consent record is stored in your own browser, not on our systems. [TO BE CONFIRMED — specific retention periods for medical documents and accounting records are being finalised and will be published once set] You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Data security
The site is served over HTTPS and applies a Content Security Policy restricting which sources may load. It has no database, no user accounts and no server-side code. Documents submitted through our forms are stored by Jotform and subject to their security controls. Access to enquiries is limited to staff who need it. We do not claim any security certification.
Data incidents
If an incident affecting personal data occurs, we take steps to contain and assess it, and will notify the relevant authorities and affected individuals where applicable law requires.
Children
Our services are not directed at children. A parent or guardian may submit information relating to a child in order to coordinate their treatment; where that happens we treat it as submitted with the parent or guardian's consent, and apply the same protections we apply to health information.
Version and dates
Privacy Policy — version 2.0 · effective 18 September 2026. If we make a material change we will update these dates, and will seek renewed consent where applicable law requires it.
Data retention
We retain contact data for the period necessary to provide our services and comply with legal requirements. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
