Hayakkom is the trading name of Hayakom for Healthcare Solutions and Logistic Services — an Egyptian single-person limited liability company registered under Egyptian Law No. 159 of 1981, Commercial Register 49973, Unified Commercial Registry 11070-01000-49973, registered at الحي ال16 المجاورة الثانية Shiekh Zayed - Giza, Cairo 12774, Egypt. Our registered activities include administrative and marketing consultancy for medical services, organising appointment and booking procedures with hospitals and medical centres, organising medical conferences, exhibitions and events, electronic marketing, and logistics services.
Our scope — stated plainly
Hayakkom is not a hospital, clinic, physician or healthcare provider, and does not practise insurance or brokerage activity. All medical and dental treatment is delivered by independent licensed Egyptian healthcare providers, and all travel, tour and transport arrangements are fulfilled by licensed third-party Egyptian tour operators. Hayakkom does not guarantee medical outcomes.
How you pay — in Saudi Arabia
If you live in Saudi Arabia, you book and pay in Saudi Arabia, in riyals, through Hayakkom’s licensed Saudi partner company — a licensed medical-tourism and tourism company — not by transfer to a company abroad. You deal with a company you can hold to account at home, under Saudi law. You receive a written, itemised quote before you pay; the providers in Egypt issue the invoices for their services, and our partner settles them for you.
How Hayakkom is paid
Hayakkom earns marketing fees, and it is paid only by its licensed Saudi partner company. You receive a written, itemised quote before you pay, and how Hayakkom is paid never changes which provider we suggest to you.
