How it works

- We share them, with your consent, with a licensed clinic or hospital and confirm the doctor's name.
- We book a 20–30 minute video call at a time that suits you, and tell you the consultation fee in writing beforehand.
- You talk to the doctor directly. A coordinator can join to help in Arabic.
- The clinic sends a written plan with the expected stay and an indicative price range.

A licensed Egyptian specialist at the clinic or hospital that would treat you. We tell you the doctor's name and the facility before the call.
How much does a video consultation cost?
The fee is set by the doctor or clinic and confirmed to you in writing before the call. For reference, video consultations on Egyptian telehealth platforms are listed at about EGP 100–1,000; specialist pre-travel reviews can cost more.
Does the video call replace an examination?
No. It helps you understand your options, the likely length of stay and an indicative price. The doctor confirms the final plan and price after examining you in Egypt.
Is my medical file kept private?
Your reports are shared only with the clinic you choose, and only with your consent. We do not share them with anyone else.
