It was founded by Sherif Mansour. Who do I pay — and why a Saudi company?
If you live in Saudi Arabia, you book and pay in Saudi Arabia, in riyals, through Hayakkom’s licensed Saudi partner company — a licensed medical-tourism and tourism company — not by transfer to a company abroad. That is why we work with a Saudi partner: you deal with a company you can visit and hold to account at home, under Saudi law. You receive a written, itemised quote before you pay, the providers in Egypt issue the invoices for their services, and our partner settles them for you.
What Hayakkom is not
Hayakkom is not a hospital, clinic, doctor or healthcare provider, and it is not a travel agency or tour operator. It does not diagnose or treat, does not practise insurance or brokerage, and does not guarantee medical results. Treatment is given by independent licensed Egyptian doctors and hospitals, who make every clinical decision; trips, transfers and tours are run and invoiced by licensed Egyptian tourism and transport companies.
How is Hayakkom paid?
Hayakkom earns a coordination fee from the hospitals, clinics, hotels and operators it works with — 15% of the package value for trips, stays and treatment — and a fee for marketing and event services. The fee is disclosed, and paying for marketing never changes which provider we suggest to a patient.

Is Hayakkom a hospital or a clinic?
No. Hayakkom is a coordination and marketing company. Treatment is given only by independent licensed Egyptian doctors and hospitals, who make all clinical decisions.
Who do I pay if I live in Saudi Arabia?
You book and pay in Saudi Arabia, in riyals, through Hayakkom’s licensed Saudi partner company, after receiving a written, itemised quote. You do not transfer money to a company abroad.
Does Hayakkom set treatment prices?
No. Each clinic or hospital sets its own fees after reviewing your case. Prices on our website are indicative ranges, not quotes.
How does Hayakkom choose the hospital and doctor?
After reviewing your records, not before. Providers must be licensed by the Egyptian Ministry of Health, doctors registered with the Medical Syndicate, and the provider must give a written plan and cost estimate before you travel. You are told the treating doctor’s name and qualifications before you book.
Which hospitals does Hayakkom work with?
Hayakkom coordinates access to Alameda Healthcare Group hospitals under a documented authorisation, and also works with Andalusia Health, part of the Andalusia Group founded in Jeddah in 1984 and operating in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
How long does a medical trip to Egypt take?
As a planning guide: hair transplant 4–6 days, veneers 5–7 days, dental implants usually two trips of 3–5 days months apart, weight-loss surgery 7–10 days and cosmetic surgery 7–14 days. Your doctor sets the actual length and confirms when you are fit to fly.
Can family members travel with the patient?
Yes. Hayakkom arranges the companions’ stay, transport and programme during the treatment, and can add a holiday by the sea for the whole family.
What happens after I return home?
Hayakkom coordinates follow-up between you and the treating provider. Leave with a written report of what was done and what was used, for your doctor at home.
What should I not believe in ads for treatment abroad?
A final price given from a photo without an examination, any guaranteed result, a company that won’t name the treating provider or its licence, pressure to travel before your case is reviewed, and testimonials you cannot verify.
