We shortlist villas against your list, and the written quote confirms what each villa includes — pool, garden, beach access and minimum stay — before you pay. Availability depends on the resort and the dates, and the best villas go early in July and August.

Can I rent a villa on the North Coast through Hayakkom?

How much does a North Coast villa cost?
In July–August 2026, about 900–3,750 SAR a night for a chalet with one bedroom up to a villa with five bedrooms in Marassi. The price depends on size, location, dates and what is included.
Do the villas have a private pool or garden?
Some do. Tell us if a private pool, a garden or beach access matters to you, and we confirm in writing what each villa includes before you pay.
Do I need a permit to enter a gated resort?
Some gated resorts require entry permits for guests and cars, and a deposit for rented chalets and villas. We check the rental contract, permits and deposit terms in writing before you pay.
How far is the North Coast from Cairo?
Around three to four hours by road to the El Alamein area, depending on traffic and the exact resort. A private car with driver is the easiest option with children and luggage.
When is the best time to book a villa?
The season runs roughly June to September. July and August are the peak and the best villas go months ahead, so book early. June and September are calmer and better value.
Can a doctor visit us at the villa?
Doctor and nurse visits depend on the area: our home-visit providers mainly cover Cairo and the Red Sea resorts. Ask us before you travel and we confirm what is available near your villa. It is not an emergency service: in an emergency call 123.
Can I rent a North Coast villa with a private pool?
Yes, where the villa has one. Tell us it is a must and we shortlist only villas with a private pool, then confirm it in writing before you pay.
Do you rent villas by the day?
Villas are priced per night, so you can compare the daily rate. The minimum stay depends on the villa and the season; we confirm it in the quote.
Can you find a villa on the sea or in the first row?
We ask for sea-facing and first-row villas first. Availability depends on the resort and the dates, so book early for July and August.
