Before you apply
Most roles are freelance or per-assignment
We call you when a patient journey needs your role, agree the scope and the fee for that assignment, and pay on completion. Some roles become regular once trust is established.
Arabic and English matter
Almost every client is a Gulf Arabic speaker. Fluent Arabic is essential for most roles, and functional English helps considerably.
Discretion is non-negotiable
You will encounter patients' medical information and private circumstances. Anyone who discusses a client outside the assignment will not work with us again. For most roles you will be asked to sign a confidentiality undertaking.
Reliability over experience
We would rather work with someone punctual, honest and calm than someone with an impressive CV who cancels the night before.
Roles we recruit for
Tour guides
Guiding Gulf families and patient companions around Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, Alexandria and the coastal cities. Often shorter, gentler itineraries than standard tourism because the group is travelling around a medical appointment.
Patient companions & caretakers
Accompanying patients to appointments, waiting with them, helping with hospital paperwork, checking in during recovery, and being the reassuring presence for someone in an unfamiliar country. One of the roles clients value most.
Drivers
Airport pick-ups, hospital and clinic transfers, inter-city journeys and day trips. Post-operative patients need smooth, unhurried driving and help getting in and out of the vehicle.
Marketers & performance specialists
Arabic-first campaigns aimed at Saudi, UAE and Kuwaiti audiences. Paid search and social, landing pages, funnel and conversion work, CRM and enquiry-handling flows, SEO and content in Arabic.
Content creators & influencers
Short-form video and photography in Egypt for Gulf audiences — travel, wellness and lifestyle content. We also work with creators who can document a journey tastefully and without overstating outcomes.
Patient coordinators
The core of the business. Handling enquiries from first WhatsApp message through to the patient returning home — collecting records, liaising with clinics, building itineraries, and being the single point of contact the client trusts.
How to apply
Email us with the role in the subject line. Tell us plainly what you have done, where you are based, your languages, and your rate or salary expectation. Attach a CV, licence or portfolio where you have one. We reply to applications we can use; if you do not hear back within two weeks, we did not have a fit at that time.
