Most medical tourism companies describe themselves in language designed to sound impressive rather than to be verifiable. This article is the opposite. It sets out our legal identity, the registered activities we operate under, the limits of what we do, and how to check any of it. If you are considering trusting us with your medical records, you should be able to find out who you are dealing with first.
Our legal identity — verifiable
Hayakkom is the trading name of Hayakom for Healthcare Solutions and Logistic Services, an Egyptian single-person limited liability company.
Registered under Egyptian Law 159 of 1981. Commercial Register number 49973. Unified commercial register number 11070-01000-49973. Registered at الحي ال16 المجاورة الثانية Shiekh Zayed - Giza, Cairo 12774, Egypt.
We publish these numbers because they can be checked. A company that publishes its registration number is a company you can look up.
What we are registered to do
Our commercial register authorises specific activities, and we work within them:
Administrative and marketing consultancy for medical services. Organising booking and appointment procedures with hospitals and medical centres. Organising medical conferences, seminars, exhibitions and events. Digital marketing. Marketing services for hospitals, clinics and medical centres. Consultancy and studies. Logistics services.
That is the full scope. It is deliberately narrower than the impression many companies in this sector create.
What we are not
This is the most important part of this page.
We are not a hospital, a clinic, a doctor or a healthcare provider. We do not diagnose, we do not treat, and we do not employ physicians.
We do not carry on insurance or brokerage activity — that is expressly excluded from our registration.
We are not a licensed tour operator. Travel, tour and transport services are delivered by independent licensed Egyptian operators, not by us.
We do not guarantee medical outcomes. Nobody honest does.
All medical and dental treatment services are provided by independent licensed Egyptian healthcare providers, who are responsible for the clinical care they deliver.
So what do we actually do?
We take the coordination burden off a medical trip.
Before you travel: we receive your enquiry in Arabic or English, gather your records, put them to a suitable licensed provider for review, and come back to you with a provisional pathway, a suggested stay length and an indicative cost — before you commit to flights.
While you are in Egypt: appointment scheduling, airport and clinic transfers, accommodation suited to your recovery, Arabic-speaking accompaniment to appointments, and one named coordinator you can reach.
After you return: follow-up coordination with the treating provider, and help arranging further review where needed.
The value is not that we are cheaper. The value is that one person holds the whole thread instead of you holding nine of them from another country.
Who we work with, and how we verify them
We coordinate with independent licensed Egyptian providers, currently including As-Salam International Hospitals, Dar Al Fouad Hospitals, Alameda Healthcare, MGM Health and Wellness, and The Zen Wellness Resort.
Our verification standard is simple and applied consistently: we check facility licensing, and physician credentials for healthcare providers, before listing or referring. We will not publish an accreditation, rating or qualification we cannot document. If we do not have documentation for a claim, the claim does not go on the site.
That is also why some pages on this site say "after clinical assessment" rather than showing a price — where there is no verifiable published figure, we show nothing rather than an invented number.
Who we serve
Patients and families travelling from Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait and other Gulf markets, and international visitors already in Egypt who need medical assistance, a doctor visit or day-to-day support.
Our commercial focus is hair transplant, dentistry, bariatric and weight-loss surgery, and cosmetic surgery — the four areas where we have the deepest provider relationships. We also coordinate wellness and recovery stays, cultural and Nile programmes, and corporate and conference work.
Everything is delivered in both languages. Arabic is not a translation layer in this business; it is the language most of our coordination actually happens in.
How to check us before you send anything
Sensible steps, and we encourage all of them.
Look up Commercial Register 49973. Ask us who specifically will treat you and for their registration details. Ask about our relationship with the provider we recommend. Request an itemised estimate showing what is and is not included. Read the privacy policy before sending medical documents. Start with a question on WhatsApp rather than a commitment.
We would rather answer twenty questions before you book than have you arrive unsure who you are dealing with.
