What a nurse visit can cover

• Wound and dressing care after surgery, as instructed by your surgeon
• Injections or medicines prescribed by your doctor
• Blood pressure, temperature, blood sugar and other basic checks
• Help and supervision for an elderly or less mobile family member
• Drain or catheter care where your doctor has requested it

When to call 123 instead

Call 123 first (Egypt's ambulance number) for chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness, a serious fall or a seizure, and go to the nearest hospital. Message us for everything that can safely wait for a visit or a clinic appointment.

How it works

1. Send us the doctor's instructions or prescription and your location.
2. We confirm a licensed home-care provider, the fee and the visit time.
3. The nurse follows your doctor's written instructions and reports back.
4. For repeated visits (daily dressings, for example) we schedule them in advance.

What to have ready

• Passport or ID of the patient
• A list of current medicines and allergies
• Your travel or health insurance details, if you have them
• Your exact location: hotel name and room number, or a map pin on WhatsApp

Fees and insurance

The visit fee is set by the licensed provider and confirmed to you before the visit. You pay the provider directly and receive a receipt — keep it for your travel insurance claim. Hayakkom earns a coordination fee from the providers it works with; there are no hidden extras.
